From automation to remote control: a set of events in 2019 focused on the future of our Country

From industrial software to smart vision, from mechatronics to remote control, Messe Frankfurt and Anie Automazione have scheduled for 2019 a set of events in Italy to discuss the most current and important issues for the technological development of our country.

The year kicks off in Milan on 6 February, where the Museum of Science and Technology will host the first edition of the Industrial Software Forum called "The evolution of software technologies in Industry 4.0". The event, entirely dedicated to software solutions for the industry, will be structured into 4 specific issues: Smart Manufacturing, Virtual Manufacturing and Augmented Reality, Intelligent and Connected Product and Industrial Cyber Security. For this occasion, a concrete ROI estimate model for an investment in industrial software will be presented, which is based on the study conducted by Anie Automazione in collaboration with the University of Pisa, the University of Florence and the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.

The next event is scheduled in Bologna on 25 June, namely the Smart Vision Forum, resulting from the collaboration between AIdAM (Italian Association of mechatronic automation) and ANIE Automazione, to focus on the future of artificial vision in smart manufacturing.

Later on, specifically in September, the Mechatronics Forum will be held, which was first organised in 2014 and which is conceived as a moment for industrial automation operators to come together: the suppliers of products and solutions meet with machine manufacturers, system integrators and end users to discuss the most innovative technological solutions that are available on the market.

Finally, on 23 and 24 October, the Fortezza da Basso in Florence will host the 2019 Remote Control Forum. The spotlight is on Italian expertise, business models and skills in areas such as the cloud, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, 5G, communication protocols and cyber security.

Four unmissable events which, if you decide to visit them with us, will become an opportunity for enrichment. We look forward to seeing you! Please write to
